Respite Care

 At Ability Amplify Care Services, we understand that caring for a loved one with a disability can be both rewarding and demanding. Our Respite Care services provide temporary relief for family members, carers, and guardians — ensuring peace of mind while participants continue to receive the highest standard of support in a safe and caring environment. 

Short-Term Accommodation (STA)

 Our respite care gives participants the opportunity to enjoy new experiences, build confidence, and engage in meaningful activities, while their carers take a well-deserved break to rest, recharge, and maintain their own wellbeing.  we provide

temporary stays in a comfortable and supportive environment where participants receive 24-hour care, meals, and companionship. 

In home support

 We provide support to the participant’s own home by trained, friendly staff. 

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

 We will be opening multiple SIL houses in various locations in Melbourne.

Community Nursing

 At Ability Amplify Care Services (AACS), we provide high-quality Community Nursing Care designed to help participants manage their health conditions safely and confidently in their own homes or community settings. 

 

Our team of qualified and registered nurses deliver professional clinical care while ensuring dignity, respect, and empowerment at every step. We work in collaboration with participants, families, and healthcare providers to maintain continuity of care and achieve the best health outcomes.

 

Our Community Nursing Services Include:

  • Medication management: Administration, dosage monitoring, and education.
     
  • Wound care: Dressing changes, infection control, and healing management.
     
  • Continence assessment and care: Catheter changes, bowel management, and hygiene support.
     
  • Diabetes management: Blood glucose monitoring, insulin administration, and dietary guidance.
     
  • Stoma care: Ongoing monitoring, education, and appliance management.
     
  • Vital sign monitoring: Blood pressure, temperature, oxygen levels, and pulse checks.
     
  • Health assessments: Comprehensive reviews and personalised health plans.
     
  • PEG/feeding tube management and nutrition support.
     
  • Palliative and chronic disease support: Comfort-focused care for complex needs.
     
  • Training for support workers and family carers on safe health practices.



School Holiday Program

AACS School Holiday Programs

 At Ability Amplify Care Services (AACS), our School Holiday Program is designed to provide children and young participants with safe, engaging, and inclusive experiences during the school break.
Led by our experienced and qualified support staff, the program focuses on developing social skills, creativity, independence, and confidence — while ensuring everyone has a great time.

We create a supportive environment where every child can learn, connect, and enjoy meaningful activities with friends.

 

Our activities are designed to balance fun, education, and skill-building, including:
